About US
TENFLO SEALANT is a next-generation silicone and MS-polymer sealant manufacturer based in the Jiujiang National Organosilicon Industrial Park, Jiangxi, China — one of the country's core hubs for organosilicon raw materials.
Established in 2022 and entering full production in 2024, our facility was built from the ground up as the southern manufacturing base of a top-tier Chinese sealant brand. This gives us a rare combination: the formulation maturity and quality discipline of a long-established industry leader, paired with the capacity, automation, and responsiveness of a brand-new plant.
Our 30,000 m² facility runs 12 fully-automated production lines — from enclosed-pipeline batching and computer-controlled dosing to robotic packaging — with an annual capacity of 50,000 MT. Core raw materials, including 107 base polymer, are supplied directly by a leading producer within the same industrial park, ensuring consistency from source to shipment.
Quality is controlled at every stage of production — from incoming raw-material inspection (appearance, specific gravity, moisture) through pre-mixing, base compounding, extrusion, post-filling, and final cartoning. Every production batch is retained as a reference sample for full traceability. Our products are independently tested by CTC (China Building Material Test & Certification Group), with reports carrying CMA, CNAS, and ILAC-MRA marks — internationally recognized across 120+ economies under the principle of "accredited once, accepted everywhere."
Today, with significant available capacity, we are opening direct OEM/ODM partnerships to select global brands, distributors, and manufacturers. Our mission is simple: to be the reliable manufacturing foundation behind your brand's success.
