A one-component neutral-cure silicone sealant formulated with a built-in fungicide system designed to inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, yeast, and common bacteria on the sealant surface — keeping joint edges visibly clean and resistant to the dark staining typical of long-term moisture exposure. With ±20% joint movement capability and a non-corrosive neutral formulation, the cured seal offers reliable resistance to water, temperature fluctuation, and household cleaning agents.
Ideal for kitchen countertop-to-wall joints, sink and tile sealing, shower and bathtub perimeters, toilet base sealing, and tile corner and baseboard joints in interior wet areas.
