A high-performance one-component modified silane polymer (MS Polymer) sealant built on a high-thixotropy formulation that resists sagging and slumping on vertical and overhead joints. The paste tools easily, levels cleanly, and produces sharp, professional joint profiles — designed to improve both productivity and finish quality in grouting and decorative trim applications. Once cured, it delivers a high-strength elastic seal with greater tensile performance than general-grade MS sealants, accommodating substrate movement and thermal cycling without cracking. The formulation remains free of solvents, isocyanates, and silicone oils, with low VOC emissions and minimal odor, and accepts paint directly after cure.
Well-suited for tile and stone grouting (as a flexible alternative to epoxy and cementitious grouts), decorative joint finishing at baseboards, door frames, countertops, and wall transitions, and any interior finishing work where joint appearance is critical.
