A one-component, moisture-curing high-modulus polyurethane adhesive designed for automotive windshield direct glazing — suitable for both OEM assembly lines and aftermarket auto glass replacement (AGR). Upon curing, it forms a high-strength, high-modulus structural bond engineered to withstand the dynamic loads of vehicle vibration, torsion, and crash conditions, and is developed to support the windshield's role as a load-bearing structural component contributing to body stiffness and crash-load support.
Delivers consistent adhesion to painted body metal, glass ceramic frit, and mainstream glass primer systems — well-suited for windshield, rear, and side window installation in passenger cars and commercial vehicles, across both factory assembly and aftermarket replacement. The formulation balances extrusion ease with non-sag performance, designed to support fast bead placement and accurate positioning.
